This 90 day customised program is tailored to your horse and his/her needs with 3 months of personalised coaching and attention. In this program, we will work together closely to lead your horse onto a path of harmony and homeostasis. We will focus on all aspects of your horses life to help them reach a new level of wellness. Through a customised nutrition program that will be tweaked and re-evaluated as many times as necessary and aromatherapy with the APA system, I will guide you and your horse and help you reach your goals. AnimalPhsycAromatica is a holistic wellbeing service that will help and support your equine friends find complete well-being. It is a powerful wellness system that is about getting to the root cause of imbalances and looking at the whole picture of a ‘problem’ rather then just the symptoms. Through tradicional chinese medicne, reducing stress, natural nutrition and the support of aromatics, your horse will start on a path of homeostasis. A powerful part of APA is natural self selection, offering your animal choice in which aromatics they need will reduces stress and it allows them to access the healing they need. Horses are masters at hiding pain so it can be hard to locate what is causing them distress, APA will give you more insight into any problems your horse may face regarding health or behaviour.

What is included in an APA consultation?

  • Character Assessment

    Learn more about your horses personality and behaviour beyond a superficial level through an in-depth analysis based on the TCM 5 element theory. This includes tailored recommendations so you can support your horse better.

  • Meridian Balance Assessment

    Meridians are energy channels that run throughout the body. When the flow of meridians are blocked, imbalances occur. A meridian balance assessment is an energy evaluation of your horses body to identify imbalances. Based on this, you will receive guidance on how to restore balance and maintain energy flow for optimal health and well-being.

  • Nutrition

    It is important to make sure that nothing your horse is eating is causing imbalances. In an assessment I will check for nourishment in the nutrition your horse is getting & make recommendations on natural solutions to support balance.

  • Botanical Kit

    Depending on your horses individual needs, your personalised botanical kit may include hydrosols, herbal oils, essential oils and/or gels & clays. All to offer for self selection to lead your horse on a path of balance and wellness.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    You will receive unwavering support and guidance and learn how to offer aromatics for self selection to your horse.

  • Follow Up
